  • Costs for open access publication or deposit cannot be covered by MS Society
  • In exceptional circumstances authors can publish in journals that are noncompliant with the MS Society's open access policy if it is considered to be the most appropriate journal to publish in.
  • If authors decide to publish in an non-compliant journal, they must notify the MS Society when the manuscript is submitted and provide justification for the decision.
